I can end the task from the Windows Task Scheduler, but ReflectBin.exe, ReflectMonitor.exe and ReflectUI.exe remain in the task manager. If I try to cancel it from the Scheduled Backups tab in Reflect, nothing happens. If I try to cancel it from the Status window it asks if I'm sure (to which I click Yes) and then nothing happens. I can confirm that I have version the scheduled task has a status of "Running" in both Reflect and the Windows Task Scheduler. I've rebooted since my last post so the status window is now blank again. Can you confirm that the scheduled task is actually running by checking the 'Status' of the scheduled backup in either Reflect or the Windows Tasks Scheduler? If you are seeing the results of the last backup then there is no backup currently running as the previous backup log data is deleted at the start of a backup. The 'Blank' backup status Window was resolved in v as was the problem with the notification icon.
If you then try to trigger a scheduled job, instead of the blank window pictured in the OP you get the results of the previous (completed) backup, and nothing progresses any further.īy Nick - 28 March 2017 10:53 for posting.
I'm runing ESET Smart security 9, and adding those two executables to my exclusions list has had no effect.Ī bit of additional info: if you run a manual backup it runs successfully. I own 360 Total Security!I don't add these files to trust directory but today adding. Can you make sure that both 'ReflectBin.exe' and 'ReflectMonitor.exe' are added to any Anti-Virus software exclusions list? Can you also let us know what AV software you are running so we can try and reproduce? It looks like the Inter-process Communication (IPC) between Reflect and ReflectMonitor is being prevented.
